Knight Frank has made a key appointment to Franchise Operations team to strengthen the firm’s focus on both growing its network and supporting existing franchisees.
Mary McLean has joined as Associate Director – Franchise Operations, based in Knight Frank’s Brisbane office.
She will work closely with Knight Frank’s franchise network alongside Mark Lafferty, Knight Frank’s Head of Franchises.
Ms McLean has more than 18 years of experience in commercial and business operations. She joins Knight Frank from CBRE, where she spent the last decade helping teams achieve operational excellence.
Mr Lafferty said Mary’s appointment was a milestone for Knight Frank’s franchise network, which was continuing to grow in conjunction with Knight Frank’s partner in Australia, McGrath.
“We are thrilled to welcome Mary to our team, and we’re excited about providing an enhanced service to our existing valued franchisees, as well as continuing to grow our franchise network around Australia,” he said.
“Having previously worked together for more than 10 years at CBRE, Mary and I have a shared experience with franchise business models and stakeholder engagement that will help us better support and grow our franchise network.
“Mary is committed to giving teams the tools and support they need to succeed. She has a proven record of improving processes, enhancing service and working well with a wide range of stakeholders through collaboration and strong relationships.”
The appointment follows the recent opening of five McGrath Knight Frank dual-branded offices, including Tamworth and four in Wide Bay, adding to Knight Frank’s existing franchise network.
Ms McLean said she was looking forward to working closely with Knight Frank’s franchise network.
“Our top priority is to ensure our franchisees have the support they need to grow their businesses, along with delivering best practices across our franchise network,” she said.
“I am eager to get to know the existing franchisees in Knight Frank’s strong network and collaborate with them to achieve successes, as well as onboarding new franchises in the future.
