Knight Frank Strengthens NSW Office Leasing Team with Two New Appointments

Knight Frank has further strengthened its New South Wales Office Leasing business with the appointments of Ben Turner as Partner, Office Leasing and Georgia McDonald as Associate Director, Office Leasing.

The appointments follow the recent recruitment of Hamish Stuart as Partner, Managing Director NSW and National Head of Office Leasing, and John Brasier as Partner, Head of Office Leasing NSW, as Knight Frank continues to invest in building a market-leading office leasing platform across Sydney and nationally.

Mr Turner joins Knight Frank from JLL, where he was most recently Head of Office Leasing, Sydney CBD. He brings more than 13 years of experience in Sydney CBD office leasing and is widely recognised for his strong market knowledge and client relationships.

Ms McDonald joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was Associate Director, Office Leasing. She has more than eight years of experience in the property industry, including more than seven years focused on the Sydney CBD office market.

Both Mr Turner and Ms McDonald will officially start at Knight Frank in early 2027.

Knight Frank Partner, Head of Office Leasing NSW John Brasier said the appointments represented another important step in strengthening Knight Frank’s office leasing capabilities across New South Wales.

“Ben and Georgia are both highly regarded operators who bring outstanding market knowledge, strong client relationships and impressive leasing track records to our business,” he said.

“Since joining Knight Frank, my focus has been on assembling the best leasing team in the market, and these appointments demonstrate that commitment.

“Ben’s depth of experience across the Sydney CBD market and proven leadership capability will be invaluable as we continue to grow our platform and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. He will continue to focus on major project leasing, strengthening our capability in large backfill projects, and development leasing.

“Georgia has built an excellent reputation in the market through her work across a diverse range of leasing campaigns and her strong understanding of occupier requirements.

“Together, these appointments further enhance our ability to provide market-leading advice and leasing solutions to landlords across New South Wales.”

Mr Turner said: “I am thrilled to be joining Knight Frank’s growing Office Leasing team in NSW, particularly under such strong leadership, including James Patterson, Hamish Stuart and John Brasier.

“Knight Frank has assembled a high-calibre team with a clear vision for growth, and I am looking forward to helping build a market-leading leasing team in New South Wales.

“The Sydney office market continues to evolve and there is significant opportunity ahead. I’m excited to work closely with our clients to help them navigate those changes and achieve the best possible outcomes.”

Ms McDonald said: “Knight Frank has built an outstanding reputation in the market and I am excited to be joining such a respected team.

“I look forward to applying my experience to help grow the firm’s leasing business and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

“The opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most experienced leasing professionals is incredibly exciting, and I am eager to contribute to the next phase of growth for the team.”
