Canberra office leasing specialist joins Colliers to lead ACT team.
Colliers has appointed Troy McGuinness as National Director, Office Leasing | ACT, bringing more than two decades of experience in Canberra’s commercial property market to its office leasing business.
Troy joins Colliers from JLL, where he most recently held the position of Director, Leasing following a 10-year career with the firm. He has also held senior roles with Ray White Canberra, Thomas Pucci Commercial and LJH Commercial.
Troy brings extensive experience across office leasing and landlord representation with a strong understanding of institutional property portfolios, government requirements and corporate occupier needs in the ACT market.
In his new role, Troy will lead Colliers’ Canberra office leasing team, with a focus on growing the ACT business, strengthening client relationships and delivering strategic leasing solutions for owners and occupiers.
Troy McGuinness said joining Colliers presented an opportunity to build on the firm’s existing presence in Canberra.
