LBP Developments have settled on an industrial development site at 5 Yarrawa Street Prestons for $15.95M ($586/sqm).
The 2.7ha site is positioned directly adjoining the M7 Motorway on and off ramps, providing direct access to the M7/M5 Interchange and within a short distance to Cowpasture Road, Camden Valley Way & Hoxton Park Road. The site was marketed for sale L J Hooker Silverwater.
The site was under contract by developers JVMC, the group behind Precinct 75 in Sydney’s St Peters.
JVMC in collaboration with TZG and SBA Architects proposed a development comprising 125 warehouse units and 23 storage units with ancillary offices and construction of parking.
The proposed development which was submitted in October 2018 is awaiting final approval.
