ReVest Property Group Sale of a Prime Industrial Investment

ReVest Property Group has successfully sold 20 Sterling Road, Minchinbury on a sharp initial yield of 4.24% on behalf of Bains Property, with the securely leased freehold industrial asset changing hands to a private investor following a competitive Expressions of Interest campaign.

The 5,437 sqm* landholding, improved with a 3,070 sqm* industrial facility which was built in 2022, was brought to market by ReVest’s Partner, Elijah Shakir as a tightly held freehold investment in one of Western Sydney’s most established industrial precincts. The property attracted strong interest throughout the campaign with multiple offers, underscoring continued investor appetite from private and institutional capital to secure, income-producing industrial assets in core infill locations.

Minchinbury’s position within Sydney’s western industrial corridor — with direct access to the Great Western Highway and proximity to the M4 and M7 Motorways — continues to underpin demand from both owner-occupiers and private capital seeking exposure to Western Sydney’s industrial market.

“This result reflects the strength of investor demand from both private and institutional capital for prime quality, well-located, securely leased industrial assets in Western Sydney,” said Elijah Shakir, ReVest Property Group. “A sub-4.5% initial yield on this transaction highlights just how tightly priced core industrial investments have become in Western Sydney, and the premium investors are prepared to pay for secure income and freehold tenure in a supply-constrained market. Minchinbury remains a tightly held precinct, and freehold opportunities of this calibre scarcely come to market.”

The transaction adds to a growing list of significant industrial sales and leases secured by ReVest Property Group across Western Sydney in 2026, as the firm continues to build its track record advising on core industrial and logistics assets across the region.
