Payton Capital expands team with four senior appointments

Payton Capital has announced four new appointments to its team, following a strong phase of growth in its investment and lending divisions.

​Jake Ireland has been appointed Investment Director at Payton Capital, bolstering its Investor Services team. Ireland will be responsible for building strong relationships with IFAs, SMSF investors and high net worth individuals. Over the last 18 years, Ireland has worked in the finance, investment and superannuation sectors with organisations including Mercer, Goldman Sachs and Cadence Property Group.

​Daphne Chang has also been welcomed as Investment Director at Payton Capital, and she will be responsible for expanding the Asian and institutional investor base at the organisation. Chang has worked in the finance sector for over 17 years specialising in REITs, fixed income assets and hedge funds, with organisations such as Acorn Capital, Thomson Reuters and Seidel & Shaw.

​Meredith Scott joins the team as Non-Executive Director. Scott has extensive experience in finance, accounting, audit and risk, built through her roles at Opportunity International Australia and Ernst & Young. Scott’s proven strategic business leadership will be an enormous asset to the Payton Capital board. 

​Claire Rogers has been appointed as Non-Executive Director. Rogers executive career includes roles at ANZ and World Vision Australia, working across finance, governance and strategy. With expertise in innovation and digital transformation, Rogers’ appointment will drive continued growth for Payton Capital.
