Bob El’s Leda Holdings has acquired a 1.6ha industrial site in Caringbah for $18.9m.
The new acquisition at 1C Box Rd consists of a 16,270sqm site with a large high clearance warehouse of approximately 11,500sqm which is leased to Hunter Storage.
The property sits adjacent to an existing Leda Holdings asset at 27 Atkinson Rd which the Group acquired in July 2019 for $23.1m.
Leda has been active throughout the Sutherland Shire with previous developments within near to the current site in Cawarra Road, Caringbah, where the group has developed and sold facilities industrial to Shimano and Vega.
Leda has also been an active seller with a recent sale of 5 Williamson Road in Ingleburn to EG Fund Management for $38.2m, having paid $24.75 million in August 2017.
Leda also sold 8 Hexham Place, Wetherill Park for $7.85m on a yield of 5.3%. That property also settling this week to a private investor.
