Knight Frank appoints Natasha Barron as the new Managing Director in South Australia
26 June 2026
Natasha Barron has been appointed as Managing Director South Australia for Knight Frank.
Natasha has more than 23 years of experience in commercial property around Australia, and moves to Knight Frank from Growthpoint Properties Australia, where she has worked for the past six and a half years, most recently in the role of Senior Asset Manager.
She will replace outgoing Managing Director Bobbette Scott, who joined Knight Frank in 2014 and has made a significant contribution to the business over the last 12 years. During that time, she has held several senior leadership roles, including serving as Head of AMS, State Managing Director SA and sitting on Knight Frank’s National Executive Committee.
Bobbette has made the decision to step down from her current role due to family reasons, and transition into a part-time position as Partner, Asset Management Services in South Australia.
Knight Frank Chief Executive Officer James Patterson said he was excited to announce a new leader for South Australia.
“We are thrilled to welcome Natasha to the team,” he said.
“Natasha has very extensive experience in the market, having worked across property management and capital transactions teams across all the commercial property sectors, and in several management roles.
“We are extremely confident she will lead our South Australian business to ongoing success, and continue to put our clients and people first.
“We’re also very pleased that Bobbette will remain part of the Knight Frank family in her new role, continuing to support clients she has worked with for many years and bringing her deep experience and strong relationships to our AMS team in South Australia.
“Over the past 12 years Bobbette has made a very significant contribution to Knight Frank, demonstrating amazing leadership, which has seen our South Australian business thrive, both professionally and culturally.”
Ms Barron said: “I am honoured to be joining Knight Frank and to have the opportunity to lead the South Australian business.
“The strength of the platform, the quality of the team and the firm’s client focus make this an exciting next step.
“Returning to my hometown also brings a personal dimension to the move, and I am grateful to the mentors and colleagues who have supported me throughout my career.
“I look forward to working with our people and clients to build on the strong foundations already in place and drive continued growth and success.”
