The space, designed by international architecture and design firm M Moser Associates, blurs the line between office and lifestyle, with a members’ kitchen opening directly onto a shared outdoor terrace. Members will enjoy both a beautifully designed workspace and spaces to reset in spaces such as the Relax Room.
Lead Designer Amanda Gibbs from M Moser Associates said that the design approach for Hub North Adelaide focused on “Creating a warm, community-driven environment that connects people and place. It blends Adelaide’s heritage charm with a vibrant, modern energy – inviting people to work, meet, and belong.”
With the aim of inspiring people to love where they work, the latest flexible workspace will bring the best in premium amenities and inspired hospitality services to North Adelaide. This includes lifestyle concierge services, supporting members with everything from dropping off drycleaning to restaurant recommendations.
Members also benefit from unique features rarely found in commercial office spaces, including integrated end-of-trip facilities with all-gender amenities, two hours of free on-site parking, and in-building services such as a car wash and dog wash.
