A creative freehold warehouse space in Alexandria has sold for $7.25 million within the first week of a two-week expressions of interest campaign.

The property, with a site area of 807sqm and an NLA of 772sqm, sold at a building rate of $9,391 per sqm with the buyer inspecting the property in the morning and exchanging in the afternoon.

Colliers Director Tom Barnier sold the property at 6 Birmingham Street to Lift Shop, to use as their new Sydney Head Office and Showroom.
