CouriersPlease (CP) has committed to a new industrial property lease in Milperra, NSW with Kirby Holdings. The 7,808 sqm existing facility located at 21 Armour St, Milperra, NSW will become CP’s latest parcel delivery centre in Sydney.

Phil Reid, Chief Operating Officer at CP says, “We are decentralising our distribution network in Sydney to provide a faster, more reliable service to our customers. This will be our second delivery centre to serve the southern region of metropolitan Sydney, with our current facility in Rosehill to serve the city’s central and northern regions. We are looking to replicate our decentralised distribution model that we have in place in Melbourne, which has proved the most effective during last year’s extended lockdown. With the rise of online retail, this decentralised model enables our drivers to get closer to the end consumer providing reliable and faster delivery time”.

Nick Greenwell, Director at TMX secured a 2-year lease for CP at a total rent of $819,681 net per annum with Kirby Holdings. The landlord was represented by Brendan Ham at Bishops Real Estate.

“Milperra is a strategic location for CP, with this new facility enabling CP to better service their South and South Western Sydney network,” says Greenwell.

CP will be operational on this site in September 2021.
