Frasers Property Industrial has secured a 15-year lease with Modscape + Modbotics, one of Australia’s leading modular construction and advanced manufacturing businesses, at its 65 ha Vantage Yatala premium estate in Stapylton, Queensland.
The new 20,918 sqm built-to-suit facility will support Modscape + Modbotics’ growing manufacturing and logistics operations, serving as a key hub for the production, storage and distribution of modular building components delivered to projects across Australia.
Modscape + Modbotics designs and manufactures prefabricated buildings for the residential, education, health, aged care, commercial and government sectors. The facility has been purpose-built to support advanced manufacturing operations and automated production systems. It will feature enhanced structural capabilities, including heavy-duty load-bearing floors engineered to accommodate specialised machinery and robotics, together with increased internal clearances to support large-scale manufacturing processes.
