Colliers has continued the expansion of its new WA office with the appointment of Ross Skelton to its growing Office Leasing team based in Perth.
Experienced leasing specialist Ross Skelton has been appointed to the role of Director of Office Leasing, joining Colliers after a 14-year stint at JLL.
“Ross prides himself on broker-led transactions, combining a highly established network with unparalleled energy and enthusiasm,” Jemma Hutchinson, National Director of Office Leasing at Colliers, said. “In 2021, Ross was directly involved in more than 30 transactions and broker-led over 90% of all transactions.
“Ross has considerable experience in all facets of the leasing process, working with key stakeholders to provide strategic advice across all asset classes including project leasing, where he has led many successful campaigns in the CBD, West Perth and fringe suburban precincts.”
Ms Hutchinson said the growth of Colliers’ new Office Leasing team in WA was accelerating in line with strong demand from the market.
‘’There has been a gap in the market in agency and we are very excited to deliver and offer a service to clients that will only continue to grow from strength to strength,” she said. “We currently have a team of four in Office Leasing and we are excited to continue adding more experts as we progress throughout the year.
