The Raleigh in Windsor now pre-leasing, residents to move in from June 2026

The flagship property within The Keys collection, The Raleigh in Windsor, opens in June 2026, with pre-leasing now available. Goldfields’ Managing Director, Marco Gattino, said the decision to launch The Keys reflects the group’s belief in setting a new, premium standard for rental properties, while additional sites are already being explored to expand the portfolio.
“With The Keys, we’ve created somewhere residents won’t want to leave. It’s an entirely new category of renting where architecture, service and lifestyle come together with a level of intention and craft the market has never seen,” Mr Gattino said.
“We see significant opportunity to expand The Keys platform, with a number of new Build-to-Rent sites and projects already being actively explored.”
Set between Melbourne’s Albert Park and Prahran Market, The Raleigh comprises 348 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments across interconnected 15-storey towers. Apartments are bespoke-designed for Build-to-Rent and finished with high-quality fixtures and furnishings that balance beauty and durability.
More than 2,600m² of shared amenity is designed to support both daily routine and social connection. A rooftop dedicated to recreation and gathering includes a pool, fully-equipped gym, half basketball court, cinema room and spaces for dining and entertainment, with views across the Melbourne skyline. A sky bridge connects both towers for seamless resident access.
Residents will also have access to a dedicated outdoor dog park on Level 9, a co-working space, and basement amenities including a golf simulator, dog wash, tool workshop and bicycle workshop, alongside 278 car spaces, 435 bicycle spaces and motorbike parking.
Sustainability is built into the design, with The Raleigh targeting an average 7-star NatHERS rating and 5-star Green Star certification. A 25kW rooftop solar array supplies around 10 per cent of the building’s energy needs, appliances and hot water are fully electric, and the basement includes load-managed EV charging.
