Knight Frank has appointed Jonathan Scott as Partner, Head of Tenant Representation in Queensland, which will see him lead the firm’s Tenant Representation business in the state.

Knight Frank’s Tenant Representation team works exclusively on behalf of tenants, helping clients define and implement their occupational real estate strategy. Knight Frank offers a full end-to-end solution for occupiers, which starts with defining the workplace needs, and takes them on the journey of searching and delivering the right solution, at the most efficient price. As a service, the focus is on driving data-led decision making and strategic thinking which leads to portfolio optimisation.

Jonathan will bring more than 15 years of commercial property experience to Knight Frank, in which he has advised both occupiers and investors on optimising their real estate strategies across Australia and the UK. He specialises in tenant advisory, helping clients align real estate decisions with commercial objectives and optimise portfolio performance.

Jonathan moves to Knight Frank from Cushman & Wakefield, where he most recently held the role of Director – Tenant Advisory, leading major office and industrial leasing transactions across Queensland for high-profile clients. His work spanned complex relocations, renewals, consolidations and strategic consulting across office and industrial markets.

Prior to this, Jonathan was an Asset Manager for a nationwide mixed-use portfolio in the UK, responsible for driving value through leasing strategies, asset repositioning and capital projects.
