Highlife Returns to the Shoreline with Blonde

Set to redefine the southern Gold Coast skyline, Blonde is an exclusive collection of 19 luxury beachfront residences, bringing timeless design and an emphasis on wellness to the pristine shores of Bilinga.

Developed by Highlife Property Group and designed in collaboration with BDA Architecture, Blonde is located along the iconic Golden Four Drive, offering direct access to Bilinga’s uncrowded beachfront and panoramic ocean views stretching from Tugun to Kirra. But what sets Blonde apart is the depth of understanding that underpins every decision, from layout and materials to amenity and flow.

The project was shaped by years of listening to Highlife’s buyers: how they live, what they value, what frustrates them, and what truly makes a home feel like a sanctuary. That insight, paired with the quiet, unspoiled character of Bilinga itself, guided the design direction toward calm, grounded, and effortless living across three- and four-bedroom residences.

Elyse George, Co-Founder and Director of Highlife Property Group, said the intention was never to reinvent beachfront living, but to do it exceptionally well.

“The design isn’t loud. It’s not chasing trends or trying to make a statement that won’t age well. It just feels calm, grounded, and right. There’s a clarity to the design and a real confidence in not overworking anything. That kind of restraint is what makes it feel so considered and yet so effortless,” she said.

The interiors feature a palette of warm, natural materials that complement the beachfront surrounds rather than compete with them. Every element, from the subtle textures and soft acoustics to the brushed brass, oak joinery and natural stone, has been selected for both refinement and longevity. These homes are designed to feel just as functional and relevant in twenty years as they do today.

Each home is oriented to the ocean, with wide, uninterrupted views that frame the horizon from sunrise to sunset. Large sliding doors, expansive glazing and smooth transitions create a breathable flow between indoors and out, ensuring residents are met with a continuous connection to the natural landscape.

Blonde’s shared spaces have also been thoughtfully curated to elevate daily rituals. A magnesium swimming pool with sunbeds, infrared sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, surfboard storage and a large outdoor BBQ.

and dining area are all designed to support wellness, relaxation and connection, without excess or overdesign.

“The layout and design of the amenities are deliberate, to support daily rituals and bring something quietly enriching to everyday life. Every decision comes from a deep level of understanding, and I think that’s why people connect with Blonde. It feels like it was made for them. Because ultimately, it was,” explains Elyse.

The four-bedroom ground floor residence and two expansive penthouses, complete with private rooftop pools and spas, bring additional flexibility to the mix.

Construction is now underway, with completion slated for mid-2027. The project has already attracted strong interest, with prices starting from $3.9 million. For exclusive pre-release access, visit https://blondebilinga.com.au/.Â
