The 2025 REINSW Awards for Excellence lit up Sydney, celebrating the very best in New South Wales real estate. Now in its 28th year, the prestigious event brought together more than 500 members and guests at Doltone House Darling Island for an evening of recognition, inspiration, and celebration.
REINSW President Thomas McGlynn said the awards highlighted the incredible strength and talent within the industry.
“Last night REINSW was proud to honour the incredible dedication and diverse achievements that continue to shape our industry,” he said. “The energy in the room was electric, and it reflected the pride we all share, not only for our winners but also for our finalists and future contenders.”
Awards were presented across 10 agency categories and 16 individual categories, showcasing excellence in every facet of the profession. Among the standout winners were Paul Hancock of McGrath Estate Agents, named Auctioneer of the Year; Eddie Toubia of LJ Hooker Belmont, awarded Property Marketer of the Year; Leigh Anderson of Pulse Property Agents, who took home the Tim Anderson OAM Residential Property Manager Award; and Joel Hollings of McGrath Estate Agents Blacktown, recognised as Residential Salesperson of the Year.
The night’s highest honour, the Woodrow Weight Award, was presented to Leanne Pilkington, President of the REIA and CEO of Laing+Simmons, for her outstanding contribution to the industry. McGlynn praised her as an “exceptional leader whose vision, integrity and passion for progress have left an indelible mark on the profession.”
The winners’ list reflected the dedication and innovation driving the sector forward, from rising stars to seasoned leaders. With each award, the event reinforced the resilience and professionalism that continue to define NSW real estate.
