Buxton Bendigo Expands Property Management Portfolio and Strengthens Sales Team with Values-Aligned Transition

Buxton Bendigo is proud to announce the significant expansion of its property management division, following the seamless transition of a long-established rental portfolio from Professionals Bendigo. 

This transition was initiated by the retiring director of Professionals Bendigo, who, after a successful career in real estate, sought a values-aligned agency to continue providing exceptional service to landlords, tenants, clients, and staff. Buxton Bendigo was selected for its forward-thinking approach, strong local presence, and commitment to personalised, client-focused service. 

As part of this transition, several experienced property professionals from the former agency will join the Buxton Bendigo team. Their deep knowledge of the local market and long-standing client relationships will be invaluable assets, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for all clients. 

In addition to strengthening its property management services, Buxton Bendigo will also assume responsibility for several active and upcoming sales listings. These properties will benefit from Buxton’s established marketing reach, industry expertise, and tailored approach to real estate. The sales team will also grow, with new talent joining to further enhance Buxton Bendigo’s ability to serve the Greater Bendigo community
