Mel Kite Appointed as Knight Frank’s Head of AMS in Queensland

Knight Frank has appointed a new Head of Asset Management Services for Queensland, with Mel Kite being promoted to the role.

Mel has more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry, spanning asset management, operations, marketing and communications.

She has been with Knight Frank for two and a half years, starting as Centre Manager within the Region Group portfolio before being promoted to Senior Centre Manager and subsequently Regional Portfolio Manager.

Knight Frank Managing Director Queensland Justin Bond said Mel is well-known and well-respected, with strong relationships across the industry.

“Mel has an excellent track record, and in her new role she will ensure our business continues to deliver the highest level of client service,” he said.
