The Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) has revealed the winners of the 2025 National Awards for Excellence (NAFE), recognising the highest-performing individuals and agencies across the country.
Hosted in Adelaide by the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA), this prestigious annual event highlights leadership, innovation and professionalism in the Australian real estate sector. Finalists were drawn from each state and territory, showcasing the depth of talent across the industry.
REIA President, Leanne Pilkington, congratulated all participants and acknowledged the significance of the event which celebrates 20 years of honouring the best in the business.
âThese awards celebrate the very best in our profession â those setting the benchmark nationally. Itâs a testament to the strength and diversity of the real estate industry across Australia,â Ms Pilkington said.
In a historic first, the 2025 awards also included the formal induction of two Hall of Fame winners â awarded to individuals or agencies that have achieved the rare feat of winning their category three years in a row. Both Hall of Fame recipients are proudly from South Australia.
The winners were unveiled at a gala dinner held at Adelaide Oval, where industry leaders from across the country gathered to celebrate excellence in Australian real estate.
