Two separate businesses have leased new industrial office and warehouse spaces from Fife Capital at 26-28 Nelson Road in Yennora, reflecting the on-going demand for industrial space in Sydney’s west.
Sydney-based electrical, engineering and contracting service, Energen Contracting has leased Unit 1, a 1,178 sqm office/warehouse at a rate of $165psmpa net on a 5-year lease term.
Shook Group, a bubble tea supplier, has leased Unit 5, a 705 sqm office/warehouse on a 5 year term at a rental rate of $165psmpa net.
The deals were negotiated by Alex Sarroff and Brenton Thompson at Savills Australia who said, “It was important for us to help Energen find a new location in Sydney’s west to accommodate its services, which are in high demand across Greater Sydney. Similarly, the Shook Group required extra space and saw Yennora as the perfect location.”
