The property was offered to the market in late 2020 via an on market process by Colliers.
The Location IQ Trade Area Report 2020 provided by Colliers, identified that the Main Trade Area population is currently estimated at 21,520 and is projected to increase to 24,830 persons by 2036, representing an average annual growth rate of 1.0%.
