Construction has commenced on Duet Porta, the first tower within Red & Co’s $800 million multi-stage Duet Portside development in Hamilton, marking a significant milestone in the project’s phased delivery.

The milestone was marked with a sod turning ceremony at the 7,500 sqm site at 11–23 MacArthur Avenue, Northshore Hamilton, Brisbane, with builder 5Point appointed to deliver the 25-level tower, first stage called Duet Porta, which has an end value of $350 million.

Duet Porta forms the first stage of the broader two-tower Duet Portside development within the tightly held Portside precinct in Northshore Hamilton, where opportunities for new development remain limited.

Duet Porta features a collection of 200 premium residences, offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, including two-bedroom plus multi-purpose room and three-bedroom plus multi-purpose room configurations, supported by extensive wellness amenities.
