The family-owned Goumas Smash Repairs has purchased a site in West Melbourne for $12 million.
With a history dating back to 1960 and an existing centre in Fitzroy, the smash repairer secured 17-31 Radcliffe Street, West Melbourne.
The 3,582sqm site features a high-clearance 1,414sqm warehouse with seven roller doors, and a secure 1,300sqm yard.
The sale price reflects a building rate of $8,486/sqm.
On the corner of Radcliffe Street and Dynon Road, the property offers easy access to the City Link Freeway, Port of Melbourne and Melbourneās CBD.
CBREās Bryce Pane and Ricardo Cappelletti negotiated the transaction on behalf of the vendors, Jcaw Pty Ltd and Mavro Psari Pty Ltd.
