One of Southern Tasmania’s largest privately owned native forests on the pristine Tasman Peninsula hits the market

Known as Black Mountain Estate, the large-scale 936.04* hectare landholding comprises 10 Certificates and is ideally located on the pristine Tasman Peninsula, approximately 50 linear kilometres south of Hobart in Stormlea.
It is the first time the estate has been offered to market after over 28 years of family ownership.
