JLL has sold a commercial office on Fullarton Road in a sought after city fringe office location for $2.5 million.

Situated at 138 Fullarton Road in the prestigious suburb of Rose Park, the improvements include a well presenting office building with notably high ceilings and large windows, together with an adjoining car park.
