BGRE has secured a new 11-year lease with leading Australian independent law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth at Brookfield Place Perth, extending a relationship that began more than a decade ago.
Corrs has occupied Levels 5 and 6 of Tower 2 at Brookfield Place Perth since 2013. Under the new agreement, the firm will relocate in 2028 within the precinct to Tower 1, where it will occupy approximately 3,319 square metres across Levels 21 and 22.
Tower 1 is also home to resources giant BHP and global professional services firm PwC.

BGRE completed a $100 million upgrade of Tower 1 in 2025, further enhancing the building’s workplace and tenant offering. The program included a refreshed lobby, upgraded end-of-trip facilities and new landscaping.
The investment also includes One Two Five, a new flexible workplace offering comprising four floors of bookable meeting, project and event spaces for Brookfield Place tenants, together with coworking facilities operated by Hub Australia.
