1 June 2021

ISPT has delivered a purpose-built facility at Portlink Logistics Estate for Winning Group, one of Australia’s leading technology, retail, distribution and logistics companies.

The new 46,000 sqm facility is Winning Group’s new warehouse and distribution headquarters in Victoria.

Portlink Logistics Estate is a masterplanned logistics and warehousing estate fronting Horsburgh Drive in Altona North. The property has a total site area of 25.9 Ha and is positioned close to major arterial roads including the Princes Freeway and Western Ring Road and the Port of Melbourne. There is an existing facility leased to Toll which was constructed in 2012, providing a total lettable area of 2,164 sqm. ISPT acquired the asset from the LOGOs Group in 2019 for $60m.

Ben Keen, General Manager of Logistics & Warehousing said “ISPT has delivered a prime, state-of-the art facility for Winning Group that supports their business needs while setting them up for future growth and expansion. The facility is the first to be developed in the Portlink Logistics Estate, which can deliver over 120,000 sqm of space in one of the most strategic locations in Victoria. This estate is a key property in ISPT’s active development pipeline, which has over 200 ha of land across 9 sites in key Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide precincts.”

ISPT worked with partners, Aliro Group and Qanstruct, to bring Winning Group’s vision to life and deliver a flexible, tailored, technology-enabled solution for their business needs. The facility is designed and built to a 5 Star Green Star rating. Powered by renewable energy, it lowers operating costs for Winning Group while minimising impacts on the environment.
