GURNER continues momentum with six-week sell out of $35m luxury boutique project

GURNER™ has revealed that each of its six showstopping ultra-luxury mansions at the $35 million Huntingtower Place on the sough-after Huntingtower Road in Armadale – which were inspired by the spectacular homes of Los Angeles – have now sold out after just six weeks on market.

The six bespoke homes are currently under construction by Krongold Construction and are due for completion in 2025, designed by sustainable design practice Wolveridge Architects, complete with landscape design by Myles Baldwyn.

The buyer pool was largely downsizers from nearby suburbs like Malvern, Toorak and South Yarra, who have historically been starved of opportunities for top-end low-maintenance residences scaled for families in Armadale’s tightly held residential market.

With Huntingtower Place now sold-out and Cambridge Place on the market, the GURNER™ Boutique team will now turn its sights to key areas in Queensland and Victoria as it looks to deliver 6 – 8 projects per year.
