The NAIMO Citrus operation is underpinned by high security water entitlements.

NAIMO Citrus, a premier citrus production and packing operation located in the Riverina Region of New South Wales, has been brought to market by Colliers agents Jesse Manuel and Tim Altschwager.

NAIMO Citrus includes four citrus orchards and a substantial packing facility near Leeton, approximately 70 kilometres southeast of Griffith. The operation spans 200 hectares across four well-developed properties, with 166 hectares planted to citrus.

Since the acquisition of the first farm in 1969, NAIMO Citrus has been known for its premium-quality fruit and has consistently supplied top-grade produce to the Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne markets under three produce brands.

The orchard features a diverse planting profile: 95 hectares of oranges, 45 hectares of lemons, 24 hectares of mandarins, and two hectares of grapefruit. Recent plantings include the introduction of dwarf citrus varieties to facilitate efficient harvesting.

The sale includes significant High-Security Water Entitlements and operational infrastructure. The main packing facility is located at the corner of Payten Road and Preston Road and is a modern 1,730-square-meter facility equipped with specialised grading and packing equipment, cold storage, and staff amenities.

Colliers National Director Jesse Manuel said, “NAIMO Citrus is an exceptional turnkey operation. Its meticulous management and high-quality produce have set a standard in the industry since its inception. The diverse range of citrus varieties and premium infrastructure present a compelling opportunity for investors.”

Tim Altschwager, National Director at Colliers, added, “The extensive high security water entitlements make NAIMO Citrus an attractive proposition.”

“With current demand levels for juicing fruit and a positive outlook for the citrus industry, this asset offers significant potential for growth and profitability.”
