Fife Capital have acquired 2 older style freestanding industrial buildings situated on a 4,244m² site in Leichhardt for $15.5m.

The property consists of 5 freehold titles at 231-233 Catherine Street & 50 Moore Street with a single storey office building fronting Catherine Street and a clearspan high clearance warehouse facilities with office extending providing a total area of 3,427m².

The property has been home to Roblan, a metal engineering and plastics company operating for over 50 years.

The property was offered for sale via an on market campaign by Colliers in February 2020. Fife Capital exchanged contracts in June 2020 and settled in late September.

The property sits in an Industrial zone within an established residential area. The FSR for the site is 1:1 and whilst the zone permits a range of light industrial, retail and commercial uses, Leichhardt Council also support the residential development of infill residential sites provided they do not impact adjoining uses.
