Developer Time & Place breaks off-plan record three times at Camberwell project, Victoria Hill

One of Melbourne’s busiest developers, Time & Place has revealed that the penthouse and two further house-sized apartments in their luxurious Camberwell project, Victoria Hill, have sold for a combined total of $30 million.

A penthouse was sold to Vin Sammartino and his wife Leigh Ferrier. Sammartino is the Director of Business Development of Hacer Group, which is the appointed builder on the luxury development.

Sammartino’s investment reaffirms the allure of Victoria Hill, as part of a growing trend of ultra-luxury multi-residential projects in Melbourne’s Southeast that feature apartments that offer home-sized proportions.

Time & Place has revealed that all three individual sales have eclipsed the previous off-the-plan record in Boroondara, which was achieved for a penthouse sale at Rondure House penthouse in Kew for almost $6.5m in 2020.
