Construction begins at Bessemer Business Park, NSW

ISPT has reached another milestone in our Logistics & Warehousing development pipeline, commencing construction of the first facility at Bessemer Business Park in Blacktown, NSW.

A strategic infill redevelopment site, Bessemer Business Park is located in Sydney’s growing North West, with direct access to one of the main connection roads, the M7.

ISPT have secured their first tenant, taking 3,600 sqm of the 12,600 sqm facility.

Ben Keen, General Manager of Logistics & Warehousing said: “ISPT continues to focus on unlocking our existing development opportunities. This property is one of 9 estates and 200 ha currently under development across the portfolio, and we’re excited to begin construction as planned.”

In line with ISPT’s commitment to Environmental, Safety and Governance best practice, the property will feature LED lighting, rainwater harvesting and a 99kw solar panel system on each tenancy.

We look forward to working with our partners, Vaughan Construction, on the successful development of this facility.
