Clarence Property Acquires Heathwood HUB Industrial Estate

Market leading funds manager – Clarence Property is pleased to announce the purchase of Hub Heathwood at 731 Johnson Road, Heathwood.

This superb industrial land estate which offers a range of fully zoned and serviced industrial blocks is only 300m from the Logan Motorway interchange at Heathwood, in one of the fastest growing regions in South- East Queensland.

It was purchased by Clarence Property from Multeem for $30 million in a deal negotiated by Mark Clifford of Knight Frank.

The acquisition provides Clarence Property with another strategic industrial location in the western corridor of Brisbane, after their recent purchase at 18 Macgregor Place in Richlands.

Clarence Property plan to develop and deliver premier industrial facilities across these 24 lots to future long-term tenants. Design and Construct offerings ranging from 500 – 7000 sqm will be available to tenants across a range of site sizes, catering for a wide variety of business sizes and operations.
