The property has a 3.7yr WALE and was acquired for $19.5M, reflecting a yield of 7.38%. 75-95 & 105 Corio Quay Road, North Geelong, VIC – comprising two buildings on a 3.8 hectare site leased to Quicksilver. The site was acquired for $22.8m on a 8.2% yield. 46-58 Gosport Street, Hemmant, QLD which comprises 47,951m² general industrial zoned land improved by 11,785m² of warehouse and 1,240m² of office. The site was acquired for $17m from Senitnel Property Group who had previously acquired the asset in 2012 for $16m generating an 11% yield. Forsyth Transport entered into a new 5 year lease on the property in August 2017 but was placed into voluntary administration in late 2018. The property remains vacant.
