Western Sydney developers ALAND have settled the 2nd stage of an apartment development site at Schofield for $25m.
The 2.7ha site, at 58 Manchester Drive is within the Alex Avenue Development Precinct which was rezoned to R3 back in 2010.
Situated 500m from the Schofields railway station, apartments in the 2 bedroom apartments are asking $650,000
ALAND are currently developing Stage 1 of Schofield Gardens “Frangipani” on an adjoining site which they settled in December 2019 for $29m.
Universal Property Group obtained a range of development approvals for each of the stages prior to ALAND acquisition.
