JLL has strengthened its Victorian Metro Office Leasing platform with the appointment of three experienced leasing professionals, expanding the team to eight specialists serving Melbourne’s city fringe and metropolitan office markets.
The appointments of Vincent Tran, Jake Patterson and Sophia Kotsiou reinforce JLL’s commitment to supporting landlords, developers and occupiers across Melbourne’s evolving office precincts as demand continues to diversify beyond the CBD.
Mr Tran joins JLL as Senior Director and Joint Head of Metro Office Leasing, bringing 15 years of industry experience and extensive expertise in Victorian metropolitan office leasing and landlord representation. He will lead the business alongside Matt Szakiel, driving growth across Melbourne’s city fringe and metro markets.
Mr Patterson has been appointed Associate Director, bringing eight years of industry experience and a strong track record in Melbourne’s city fringe office market. He will continue to advise clients on leasing strategies and transactions across the city fringe precincts.
Ms Kotsiou joins as Senior Executive, bringing three years of industry experience, strong market knowledge and a client-focused approach. In her new role, she will focus on building client relationships and delivering leasing outcomes across Melbourne’s city fringe market.
The expanded team further enhances JLL’s ability to provide integrated leasing expertise across Melbourne’s metropolitan office markets, reflecting changing occupier requirements and the continued growth of commercial hubs beyond the CBD.
