Molti Secures Approval for Townhomes in Armadale

Molti has won planning approval for its first Melbourne project – six Carr-designed residences in blue-chip Armadale that will set a new benchmark for the suburb when construction begins in April.

With specialist luxury builder Espire Projects now appointed for early works, the Mercer Road development transforms a 1,731-square-metre holding into an architectural statement by Carr. Landscaping by Eckersley Garden Architecture completes the vision.

Generous 11.5-metre frontages define each two-level home. Each spanning 330 square metres with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and dual living areas, the residences embrace wellness-oriented design through private gyms, individual pools and basement garaging.

Molti Managing Director Ben Teague said the approval by the City of Stonnington officially kicked off the delivery of Molti’s first Melbourne project, named Armadale by Molti, as it broadens its lens from its base in South-East Queensland.

“This marks an exciting milestone for Molti as we expand into new markets. Melbourne remains one of Australia’s most undervalued cities, and we’re confident this project will perform strongly,” he said.

“It caters perfectly to the growing demand from downsizers and upgraders seeking spacious, contemporary, low-maintenance homes that offer all the benefits of a luxury address.

“With Carr’s signature design flair and a prime Mercer Road address, these homes are set to become some of Armadale’s most sought-after residences.”

Molti has appointed Jellis Craig Projects, led by Director Stephen Bowtell, to manage the project’s sales and marketing, which is anticipated to launch in the coming months.

“This is a project defined by its calibre, from the strength of its collaborators to the clarity of its design vision,” Mr Bowtell said.

“With Molti’s commitment to excellence and Carr’s design pedigree, Armadale by Molti embodies the alignment of thoughtful development and architectural intent, delivering homes that balance integrity with sophistication.”
