Construction has officially concluded on the centrepiece of Diggers Rest’s first land lease neighbourhood, paving the way for community connections and the highly anticipated Clubhouse Grand Opening early this year (2026).
Construction of the Clubhouse at Vantage Bloomdale by AVID Property Group commenced in late 2024 and was brought to life by Insitu Group as builder, ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects for architectural design, and Arkee Creative for the interior design of the spaces, creating a community hub that fosters connection among residents.
Set over a sprawling 8,000 square metres, the Clubhouse and accompanying outdoor spaces include an indoor pool, spa, sauna, fully equipped gym, and exclusive communal spaces including private dining and functioning kitchen, a resident lounge, games room, theatre, and library.
AVID Victoria General Manager Penny Forrest said the Clubhouse will foster community connection within Vantage Bloomdale and beyond.
“Vantage Bloomdale’s Clubhouse has been designed to promote meaningful community connections between neighbours,” Ms Forrest said.
“With construction now complete, we’re excited for residents to soon enjoy the Clubhouse facilities and see it become the go-to meeting place for them and their loved ones.”
As well as the pool, spa and gym, the Clubhouse boasts dedicated health and wellness facilities including a bowling green, tennis and pickleball and outdoor communal garden to encourage residents to prioritise their physical and mental health.
Ms Forrest said the Clubhouse centres around promoting an active, social lifestyle whilst providing spaces to unwind and relax.
“We know that our community has varying interests, which is why the Clubhouse offers such a wide array of spaces and functions.
“Between dedicated areas for physical wellness, to space for enjoying movies and games, there truly is something for everyone.”
The Vantage Bloomdale Clubhouse will officially open its doors in early 2026, marking the occasion with a grand opening celebration where customers and their loved ones are invited to enjoy a day of resort-style living.
