Knight Frank to Manage Assets for Peakstone

Knight Frank’s Asset Management Services (AMS) team in Perth has been appointed to manage a premium portfolio of four commercial assets in Perth owned by diversified property investment and development company Peakstone. 

The portfolio comprises four assets with a combined gross floor area of approximately 27,000sq m, including: 

  • Westralia Plaza, 167 St Georges Terrace – An A Grade, 11-level office tower in the heart of Perth CBD. 
  • Colonial House, 55 St Georges Terrace – A B Grade, 11-level office building surrounded by iconic retail and hospitality precincts. 
  • Jardine House, 182 St Georges Terrace – A boutique B Grade office building in the sought-after West End CBD. 
  • Pinnacle Commercial, 30–34 Charles Street, South Perth – An A Grade strata office development offering exceptional amenity. 

The appointment, which followed a competitive Request for Proposal process, reflects Knight Frank’s proven expertise in delivering strategic property management solutions, which aligned with Peakstone’s collaborative approach.  

The appointment will see Knight Frank provide services including property and facilities management, property accounting, workplace services, and initiatives focused on ESG and NABERS performance, tenant engagement and operational excellence.
