Partners Group and Realterm Secure TITAN Containers at Chipping Norton on a 10-Year Lease

Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, acting on behalf of its clients, and its JV partner, Realterm, an independent global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, announced today the successful lease of 1B, 77 Governor Macquarie Drive, Chipping Norton. The lease was secured by TITAN Containers for a 10-year term.

The 8,656 sqm prime hardstand opportunity, attracted significant interest from occupiers across south west Sydney. The site’s exceptional location, combined with the scarcity of quality industrial hardstand space, made it a highly sought-after asset.
