Leading residential developer AVID Property Group (AVID) has pursued an innovative partnership with Prospecta Utilities (Prospecta) to prioritise homeowner connectivity by streamlining electrical network management for residents in its over 50s Vantage by AVID land lease communities (LLC).

The partnership provides Vantage residents a user-friendly and customisable electricity billing solution and complimentary energy saving information sessions – helping residents to transform their approach to electricity into a simple, straightforward process.

AVID General Manager Land Lease Communities Manuel Lang said the new management of the electrical network demonstrated the same ethos as all of Vantage’s operations, with a central focus on ensuring homeowner satisfaction is at the crux of every aspect of the masterplanned communities.

As well as a new streamlined approach to network billing and management with Prospecta, AVID has also upgraded all the WiFi systems in Vantage Clubhouses in Queensland.
