ID_Land Secures 3,000-Lot Project in Queensland to Create $1B+ Masterplanned Community

ID_Land has continued its national expansion after securing a 210-hectare site in Rocksberg, Queensland in a multi-year deal, which will be home to over 3,000 lots with an end value in excess of $1 billion.

Located within the City of Moreton Bay and part of the Waraba Priority Development Area, the site at Old North Road in Rocksberg will increase ID_Land’s national pipeline to over $4.5 billion and 10,000 lots.

The latest acquisition boosts ID_Land’s footprint within the City of Moreton Bay to 5,000 lots, making it one of the largest land developers in the locality. The Rocksberg site complements ID_Land’s entry into the City of Moreton Bay via several off-market acquisitions across 2023 and 2024 spanning Waraba and Narangba.

The City of Moreton Bay is one of the fastest growing LGAs in the country and is expected to see significant ongoing population growth in coming years.

Having established its Brisbane office in 2021, ID_Land has grown its Queensland development pipeline to over 6,000 lots. These latest acquisitions within the City of Moreton Bay add to ID_Land’s existing Queensland project, Dawn, located within the Ipswich growth corridor suburb of Walloon.

ID_Land was successful in securing the highly sought-after Rocksberg site in a select off-market process. ID_Land will now work towards delivering the site over the next decade, underpinned by its status as one of the largest land developers in Australia.

The Rocksberg acquisition supports the long-term growth pipeline for the complementary companies that sit within the ID_CORP group alongside ID_Land, including homebuilder SHAPE Homes, land lease community operator Next Living, and fund manager Title Capital.
