Yourland Celebrates Sell Outs at Acclaim

YourLand Developments is celebrating a major milestone in Donnybrook, with the first two land releases at its newest community, Acclaim, selling out since publicly launching to market.  

Across the two releases, land was quickly secured by buyers, reinforcing the strength of Melbourne’s northern growth corridor and demonstrating the continued confidence purchasers have in YourLand’s track record for creating well-planned, future-focused neighbourhoods. 

Lot sizes in the first two releases ranged from 262sqm to 392sqm and were priced between $323,000 and $395,000.
