Work Starts on the New Guzman Y Gomez and Starbucks in Williamstown North

The Ktori Group has commenced construction on its latest project at 282 Kororoit Creek Road, Williamstown North through their property and development fund Exus Capital, which will see the establishment of new Guzman Y Gomez and Starbucks restaurants, with two additional tenancies yet to be announced.
The 4,410sqm site, purchased in 2021, is part of the premium industrial and retail business park, Williams Point. This thriving precinct features a mix of small to mid-sized businesses, supported by surrounding residential areas.
Founder of Exus Capital & the Ktori Group, Hector Ktori, remarked, āWe are truly excited to get the project construction started and look forward to getting the project completed this year. The location of this site is ideal for the establishment of fast food retail with its growing population in the area, high traffic count and easy access via Kororoit creek Road and the new commercial estate Williams Point.

Williams Point has officially sold out of all its other land allotments and is set to become one of the most premium estates in Melbourneās West.
Williams Point is surrounded by an abundance of amenities and many of Melbourneās inner-west landmarks. The project is just minutes from Williamstown City Centre, Newport retail strip and train station, Altona Gate Shopping Centre, and Millers Junction.
The tenancies at the new site will be as follows:
- 275sqm for Guzman Y Gomez
- 205sqm for Starbucks
- 180sqm remaining for lease
The total value of this project upon completion is estimated at $20 million.
