Woodlea’s first Upside release sells out in hours as buyers snap up turnkey house & land packages

Woodlea, the fastest-growing master-planned community in the West, has sold out of its first release of Upside, a collection of turnkey house and land packages that only require a 5 per cent deposit and no progress payments.

Released on Wednesday the 13th of September, the first Upside release comprised five turnkey house and land packages from Homebuyer’s Centre, starting from $599k.

The lots were released following Woodlea’s Upside Open Day on the 9th of September, where eager buyers flocked to the Woodlea Sales Hub to learn more about the brand-new offering and gain access to the first release.

Purchasers had three considered home designs to choose from, with inclusions such as fencing, driveway, letterbox, front & rear landscaping, colorbond roof, stainless steel appliances and stone benchtops, all included in the turnkey product.

Construction on the lots will commence in October 2023, with settlement less than a year away.

Woodlea Project Director, Matthew Dean, said he was thrilled with the success of the first release, but not necessarily surprised given the popularity of real estate at Woodlea.

Buyers who missed out on Wednesday will have another chance to buy in the next Upside release by Homebuyers Centre, coming soon.

Woodlea’s turnkey-ready Upside product offers prospective buyers the opportunity to secure their house and land package from as little as a 5 per cent deposit, allowing purchasers more time to save for their homes. Woodlea funds the progress payments on behalf of the buyer, with the balance of the contract price payable upon settlement.

The entry-level packages offer greater choice by allowing buyers to choose from different builders, designs, lot sizes and locations in order to cater to each individual’s specific needs.

The lots can typically range from 260sqm – 300sqm, presenting a number of advantages, including entry-level pricing, lower living expenses, and easier maintenance, with turnkey packages on a single title.
