WA-founded national construction company West to West Group will build Perth architecture and development firm Baltinas’ super-luxury Cottesloe apartment projects Côte Residences and Meridian Cottesloe.
Baltinas founder Barry Baltinas said the appointment created a powerful partnership that would pave the way for the projects to redefine oceanfront living in the iconic Perth suburb.
“Our goal was always to ensure we collaborated with a builder who shared our passion for architectural excellence and exceptional finishing, and West to West Group was selected after careful consideration,” explained Mr Baltinas.

Mr Baltinas said these were essential qualities for projects of this complexity and uniqueness.
“The off-form parametric concrete structures that define Côte Residences will be the first of their kind in Australia, to the best of our knowledge,” he explained.

Mr Baltinas confirmed construction was rapidly progressing on both developments.
“We’ve enjoyed exceptional momentum since Stage 1 basement forward works were completed and main works are advancing under West to West Group’s expert direction,” he said.
“At the same time, and after a lengthy and complex approval process, we’re extremely pleased that demand for Côte Residences and Meridian Cottesloe continue to grow, recognising that these buildings will become architecturally significant Cottesloe landmarks once complete.
“Interest is coming primarily from discerning local and international buyers who appreciate this once-in-a-generation opportunity to secure a home in one of Perth’s most exclusive beachfront locations.
“Although Côte Residences is yet to be officially launched to market, we have already achieved approximately $60 million under contract.”
The super-luxury buildings – designed to capture panoramic views of iconic Cottesloe Beach and the Indian Ocean – are expected to reach completion in the third quarter of 2027.
“Côte Residences and Meridian Cottesloe are being constructed simultaneously, sharing a common basement accessway that improves parking efficiencies for future owners and allows these significant developments to progress more efficiently,” he explained.
Meridian Cottesloe, at 120 Marine Parade, is a six-storey boutique development comprising seven three- and four-bedroom residences, including a full-floor palatial penthouse and sub-penthouse, with private garaging for at least two and up to four vehicles.
Côte Residences, at 122 Marine Parade, spans seven storeys and features eight luxurious residences.
