Weekly Transaction Update – 16th March

This week we recorded only 3 major deals worth $80.8M. The largest deal this week was theby Thai Airways of 75 Pitt Street Sydney for $43.52M. The price from Wiltshire International beat 30 other potential buyers reflecting the strength in demand for B Grade office buildings that remains in the market. The 2400 square metre 13-floor building sits on a small 234sq m site. Wiltshire are likely to refurbish the property and continue leasing it as office space given the low office vacancy rate in Sydney.
