Toshiba Australia and The Consortium Clemenger Lock in 10-Year Leases at The YARDS

Toshiba Australia and The Consortium Clemenger (TCC) have signed 10-year leases at The YARDS, a joint venture estate by Frasers Property Industrial and Aware Real Estate. With construction nearing completion, the deals mark a major milestone in the estate’s leasing success. 

The Consortium Clemenger (TCC) 
TCC has signed a 10-year lease for an 18,388 sqm facility, moving in last month. The new building includes 81 car parking spaces, multiple all-weather loading awnings, and a 100 kW rooftop solar system. The facility significantly enhances TCC’s operational capacity, supporting the company’s growth strategy. 

Toshiba Australia 
Toshiba has committed to a 10-year lease for a 5,677 sqm facility, scheduled for occupation by August 2026. Designed to meet current and future business needs, the facility includes a 5,220 sqm warehouse, 400 sqm office space, two recessed loading docks, four flush loading docks, and a 65 kW solar system. 

Sustainability focus 
Both facilities are targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. 

The YARDS 
Located in Western Sydney, The YARDS combines state-of-the-art industrial space with employee-focused amenities, green spaces, and future retail. Tenants include Nippon Express, Ardex, and Probiotec.
