The project which was approved in 2018 comprises 58 Units over 16 levels, plus 1,600sqm of commercial space and the adaptive re-use of 2 heritage Victorian Terraces.
The purchaser is BuiltCom Projects who are well known across the inner west of Sydney.
The purchase price represents $396,550 per approval apartment or $18,470/sqm of site area.
